Henan Textile Industry Development Strategies

The textile industry is not only an eternal industry but also one of our country's important industries. Since being affiliated WTO, the world competition in textile industry turns gradually drastic. Some enterprises outshine, but others in ruthlessness competition are difficult. How to make these enterprises come out the predicament and occupy a place in drastic market competition, is a problem to solute. Henan is an important textile industry base in our country industry. The textile industry has made outstanding contribution in handing over the benefit tax law, exporting to create foreign change, solving employment, satisfying people in the material and culture live, promoting the economic development and keeping the social stable in several decades processing. But now, because of existing lagging manage system, industrial structure being not reasonable, the creative ability of product developing being shortage, technique material being falling behind and loss of talented people etc,it makes our province big differences with domestic region, particularly with the foreign flourishing countries. The pressure in our textile industry is enlarging increasingly. How to make our textile industry exist in international and domestic competition, realize change from big province in spinning to strong province in spinning. The dissertation makes research based on these problems and provides some countermeasures fur the development.The dissertation consists of seven part, which are an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion part.The introduction outline the practical value and the significance of theory which this research work bring to the national macro-economy, the review of national and international article on this topic, and the question which this dissertation what to solve.In the first chapter, the dissertation firstly introduces the developing history andpresent conditions of Henan textile industry.In the second chapter, the international and national environment which Henan textile industry is facing in the vigorous market competition for further developing.In the third chapter, first starting from comparing advantage and competitive advantage theories, based on the comparing advantage of our province, make practical analyses from three layers: enterprise, trade and government layer and analyze these existing problems in our textile industry development.In the forth chapter, in a foundation in chapter 3, aiming at the problems of Henan textile industry in developing process, elaborate how to set up our competitive advantage basing on developing the comparing advantage, make some analysis to put forward the countermeasures to our textile industry: make the enterprises filled with competition ability through enlarging reform, develop the intermediary function of the trade and the government puts the power well, changing working talent and further deepening the state-owners enterprise reform.The conclusion: Henan textile industry should set up the competitive advantage positively at foundation of developing its own advantages.
