The Government Promotes The High-quality Development Of The Textile And Garment Industry Policy Research

In the context of economic globalization,Global Competition has become whitehot,textile and garment industry in the process of competition,some enterprises face a very difficult situation.Hanchuan textile and garment industry,as the base of the old textile and garment industry,is facing more and more competition pressure compared with the domestic and foreign advanced textile and garment industry.Based on the research premise of China’s textile and garment industry,and on the basis of the requirement of high-quality development of the real economy in the 14 th five-year plan,this paper studies the problems and causes of the textile and garment industry in Hanchuan,this paper probes into the strategic measures and government policy suggestions for promoting the upgrading of Hanchuan into the high-quality textile and garment industry,so as to have some reference and application value for the highquality development of Hanchuan textile and garment industry promoted by the government.This paper clarifies several related core concepts,expounds the development status of textile and garment industry at home and abroad,and introduces related basic theories.Through the analysis of the reality of the textile and garment industry in Hanchuan under the promotion of the government policy,the existing problems are deeply studied.On the basis of summing up the successful experiences of domestic and foreign textile enterprises in the development promoted by the government,this paper puts forward some feasible policy suggestions for realizing the high-quality development of the textile and garment industry in Hanchuan,the aim is to enhance the effectiveness of government policies,make the textile and garment industry in Hanchuan bigger and stronger,and to some extent,to provide reference for the effective formulation of government policies on the textile and garment industry in other Chinese cities.The innovation of this paper is to expound the development stages of the textile and garment industry at home and abroad through the analysis of cases at home and abroad,and to summarize the experience of the governments of the advanced regions in the textile and garment industry in implementing the policies according to the cases,based on the current situation of textile and garment industry policy in Hanchuan,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the further development of textile and garment industry in Hanchuan.The deficiency of this paper is that there are few statements on the implementation effect of the relevant policy design,lack of quantitative empirical analysis of the Policy Effect and correction of the design policy,limited to qualitative and normative description research,continue to follow the Hanchuan textile and garment industry high-quality development,according to relevant information to further improve the policy.
