The Study On The Function Of Xiajin Government In The Development Of Textile Industrial Clusters

The governments and theory circle pay a great attention to industrial cluster because of its new industrial organization and effective local economic growth, a great amount of local governments have started and developed industrial cluster in their local area consciously. Textile industry of Xiaj in, the research object of this thesis, is facing some problems during its development of industrial cluster, should unit all kinds of social resources and provide effective services. So, according to the cases, the research thinking of this thesis is how to promote textile industry of Xiajin fastly by the public departments which is leaded by Xiajin government, based on the theory of industry clusters and the features of Xiajin textile industry.According to the relative theories and cases of Xiqiao and Shaoxing, the development level of Xiajin textile industry cluster is primary stage. The problem of Xiajin textile industry is how to upgrade to middle stage of industry cluster. These problems are listed below:small scale, low technology, less cooperation, poor services and etc.So, the development thinking of Xiajin textile industry is upgrading to middle stage of industry cluster. And the Xiajin government plays an important role in the industry upgrading. the measures that should be taken by Xiajin government to promote development of textile industrial cluster include six respects. The government should bring in downstream business, complete equipment, enhance construction of local brand, promote enterprise collaboration, and etc to make it developed.
