Northeast High-tech Industries And Its Location Optimization Study

Based on relevant theories of human geography, economic geography, regional economic, industry economic, industry geography and location, the paper discusses the issue of high-new-tech industry and selection of the industry location. The northeast district of China is taken as the research region. With some related statistic data, the paper analyzes the actuality, advantaged factors and disadvantaged factors of the northeast district's high-new-tech industry and its location selection. accordingly, the paper puts forward the countermeasure and approach to the development of northeast district's high-new-tech industry.The contents of the paper is outlined as follows.Part one defines the conception and characteristic of high-new-tech. Firstly, the paper cites the domestic and overseas relevant conceptions, then analyzes its characteristic. So it can be concluded that on the one hand, it is different between the conceptions of high-tech and high-new-tech, on the other hand, there are tight relationships between the high-new-tech industry and the traditional industry.Part two studies on the theory of high-new-tech industry location. Through generalizing the theory of traditional industry location for forming and evolution and investigating the example of international famous high-new-tech industry development zone, the paper sums up the factors for the high-new-tech industry location selection and mechanism of the high-new-tech industry cluster.Part three diagnoses the high-new-tech industry and its location selection of the northeast district. Firstly, the paper analyzes the actuality of the high-new-tech industry of the northeast district, then concludes its location selection factors and development problems. Second, generalizes the advantage and restrict factors for the high-new-tech industry development. At the end in this part, orients the development directions of the high-new-tech industry of the northeast district.Part four puts forward the optimization countermeasure and approach to the development and location selection of the northeast district's high-new-tech industry, and the paper finds the conclusion that it needs to form the industry cluster in developing the high-new-tech industry. For northeast district, it should form the four high-new-tech industry clusters and two high-new-tech industry strips in the future.
