Enterprise Credit Information To Support Research

Credit is influence or power derived from enjoying the confidence between two or three main bodies in order to attain certain economic purposes. Recently, enterprise credit problems have been one of the most important elements that influence every country's economic development. And researches on enterprise credit management are forming an important field, which attracts many researchers.With the academic and practical development of enterprise credit management in every country, problems of support of enterprise credit information appear. It is admitted that support of enterprise credit information is the premise of enterprise credit constraint. As one essential part of enterprise credit system, support of enterprise credit information that works well may improve enterprise credit resources, manage main market body's credit behaviors and reduce enterprises' costs. Otherwise, enterprise credit system will be "water without a source, a tree without roots". Therefore, researches on support of enterprise credit information have significant effects on theory and practice. The thesis analyzes the distribution, evaluation, transference and share of enterprise credit information, which intends to help main market bodies acquire their needed credit information efficiently and help them make timely and correct decisions on credit. From the basic problems of enterprise credit information, the author puts forward support mechanism of enterprise credit information, that is collection mechanism, evaluation mechanism, transference mechanism and share mechanism.
