Enterprise credit information can reflect the main body of an enterprise information,the management situation,assets status and punished information,etc.For enterprise credit information publicity,not only can expand the social supervision,promote social co-governance,stimulate the creativity of all kinds of enterprises,but also enhance intrinsic motivation of economic development,promote the development of market economy in the supply side of the reform of good promotion.Enterprise credit information publicity system is industrial and commercial administration bureau e-gornmevent system important constituent,its construction will shield,business information management system of the municipal administration and become a business management business areas along with all the important e-government platform.Traditional enterprise information public channel,however,there are many limitations,including the space limitations,time limitation,query the limitations,and so on.So the construction of enterprise credit information publicity system online to compensate for these limitations is imperative.Online publication has not affected by time space limitation,can accurate query characteristics of a certain enterprise information,at the same time can also make more public supervision of enterprises,expand the scope of supervision.But the construction of the public system is also facing many difficulties,such as enterprise information sharing,data updated in real time,multi-sectoral problems.Aiming at the characteristics of enterprise credit information,in order to establish a perfect,but with other business system for credit information interaction platform,for the purpose of the relevant business requirements analysis,and based on SSM JavaWeb technical framework to realize the system function.In this thesis,the main research work has the following several aspects:1)According to the top level planning relevant laws and regulations,this thesis introduces the source of the project and the background,the rational analysis of the enterprise credit information public platform to establish goals.2)Classifying system needs to implement the business,and described in detail.On the basis of a detailed description of the business,analysis the functional requirements and non-functional requirements.3)According system analysis,division functional module adopts the UML modeling method for function design.Relations between entities,analysis system database design.Aiming at the serious situation of network security,and design the network security features.4)On the investigation of system implementation,draw lessons from other modes,the implementation of e-government system based on selected SSM JavaWeb technology framework to realize the system function.5)Using the related method of software test,a functional test and performance test to the system.In this thesis,the design and implementation of enterprise credit information publicity system basically completed the relevant departments for enterprise credit information of the business needs of the public,to use this system to expand the enterprise market supervision,to promote social work goal,and effectively improve the efficiency of the ministry of commerce and industry office,convenient for the public supervision of the enterprise market.
