Human rights is a very theoretical and practical issue which is complicated and concrete. There is great divergence and fierce struggle on the issue of human rights between capitalistic counties and socialistic counties. With the change of the international situation in recent years, the struggle on human rights issue has been becoming more and more complex and acute. For instance,some western counties ignore the enormous achievements in which China has made in improving human rights, esp. criticize China's state of human rights, interfere China's affairs of human rights. To this kind of hegemonistic actions, we must reveal completely and struggle firmly in order to defend the Chinese people's dignity and guard peace and security of the world.Since the CPC had been established, he always made great efforts on striving for and guarding the Chinese people's right, constantly improve the China's state of human rights. Enter 21st century, China have made a clear claim to "built a party for the interests of the people and assumed power for the people " unequivocally, " right is used by the people, solemn commitment that the feeling is for the people, the profit is worked for by the people "in the process of building China's characteristic socialism .In march of 2004, the second section of the 10th NPC published " PRC's Constitutional Amendment"."Respecting and protecting human rights is listed in the constitution. This indicates again that Chinese government highly attaches importance to the issue of human rights.With the changes of the conditions of China and world,the leader cores of 3 rd generation of CPC raise a series of innovated ideas of human rights, Relatively study their human rights thought, can obtain the valuable experience of guiding China's human rights construction and bringing about an advance in international cause of human rights from it , offer certain reference for formulation of China's human rights policy. But up to now, nearly nobody in academic field has systematically and completely analysed the ideas of human rights by the core leaders of the CP 3rd generation at home. Moreover, academic field abroad has some misunderstandings. They do not yet be corrected and evidenced now. For this point, with the base of a great deal of sources, the article will systematically summarize and relatively research the ideas of human rights by the core leaders of 3rd generation of CPC from the angle of more subjects such as international relationships, to make up the lack on this academic research.The thesis consists of four parts: the first 3 parts are separately concerned about the human rights thought of the three leading generations, systematically state their individual developing backgrounds, chief contents. The fourth part is the article's key part which points out their similarities and differences between the core human rights thought of the three leading generations through comparison.All in all, this paper has a crucial meaning both in theory and practice.
