In recent years, with China's reform and opening deepening, the growth of economy have made a great progress, the insurance industry of China has been keeping a flourish development. There are not only achievements but also problems in China's insurance industry, among these problems, selling only depend on mountains of salesmen and blindly expanding are the main two. The purpose of this thesis is to find them and give out feasible measures, this would be a direct significance to the continuable development of insurance companies.According to the case of Ping An Insurance Company of China, the problem in human resource management is the main one, especially in the field of recruitment. This thesis, through advanced human resource management theory, analyzed the actual status of the company deeply, summed up problems, and framed a plan to deal with them.At the beginning of this thesis, I introduced the opportunities and challenges faced by insurance industry after China's entry into WTO, figured out macro-environment for insurance company. In the following section, relative problems were taken out gradually, microcosmically, macroscopically. The thesis expatiated the problems in essence by datum, graphs, sheets and scientific method. Other companies can use these ideas for reference.In concrete research, I used mathematic regression curve and SWOT model to make an environmental analysis of Ping An Insurance Company of China, and had a new view of "SWOT model. A new concept, Market Share contribution per capita, was put forwarding this thesis, this concept is very helpful to explain the situation of Ping An Insurance Company of China.Conclusions: Convert old marketing strategy to a new one, say, net-marketing. Improve salesmen's structure by correct human resource approaches. To strengthen marketing by salesmen with good structure meet the new market situation. Improve the quality of operation and salesmen's ethic.
