Because of the national Capital markets developing is not so satisfactory , more and more privatize technology enterprises, specially, the moderate and the miniature what melt the Capital abroad. My article aimed at the Kingdee International and Trend International what have entered overseas Capital market and analysed the course of privatize technology enterprises achievements. I will annouce the questions about privatize technology enterprises how to enter the overseas Capital market.My article is separated for three parts. First, I will expound the situation about privatize techology enterprises how to melt the Capital market and enter theoverseas Capital market.
