On Human Capital And Its Investment Role In The Promotion Of Equitable Economic Growth

The theory contains three chapters: The first chapter form a new viewpoint about the relation between the distribution and the economic progress. By the analyses of the old theory and the contemporary theory, this chapter points out that it is important to fall together the distribution and the economic progress. The second chapter is the analyses of the core of the equitable economic progress, which is the manpower capital. To make it clear, other two parts are given in detail: The first part states the effect of the manpower capital to the economic progress; the second part set forth the effect of the manpower capital to the distribution. The last chapter provides three suggestions to solve the problem. This chapter has three parts: the first part provides the suggestion in the flow of the labor force; the second part provides the suggestion in the compulsory education; the last part provides the suggestion in the loan to the high education.
