Abstract: The deep going reform of national grain currency system requires national grain company to transfer to be market-oriented company. There exist various kinds of disadvantages in present national grain company. The symptom lies in the vague property right. According to the theory on modern property right system, the key point in reform of national grain company consists in the reform of property right system. The market-oriented grain selling and purchasing and the set of macro-control of national grain system has laid a solid foundation for the coming reform. And the reforming importance of property right in national grain company should be attached to "Concentrate one policy to activate various management" to present the major role of property right in national grain company and to make the property right multi-formalized according to different situations. The property right reform of national grain company should break throughthree major blocks-large amount of high-price grain storage, the un-cashed capital in national grain company and the lack of reforming funds.
