The Paper mainly approaches the challenges faced by the CCP-the ruling party in china and the problems existed in it's governing methods, during the current period of social transformation and presents counter measures and suggestions on those challenges and problems. The paper are divided into four parts:Part I: Analyses the social transformation in the view of politics, including definiting social transformation and it's content.Part II: Details the political stability, governing legitimate, the modernization faced by ruling party as the result of the social transformation.Part3: analyses the problems hide in the governing methods of the CCP, that are the defination of the governing methods. The problems among the CCP, the People Congress, the government and the judicial organizations,Part IV: Presents Some counterparts and suggestions point at the problems posed in part 2 and part III, and provide some warning in the end of the paper.
