In the past twenty years of the opening and reformation, the economic achievement that we have gotten has been closely related to the private enterprises, our GDP has stayed the 9.7% rate of growth averagely, and in the increase of GDP, the private enterprises have played a major pole since 1980, the output values of the private enterprises have been increasing on an average speed of 71% per year.At present, the output value of the private enterprises occupy 51% of GDP, It's obvious that the private enterprises have an important place in the national economy, which take an very important action in the development especially in the enlarged employment.However, as a coin has two sides, private enterprises still have their limitations. By some resources releasing, we China, and those enterprises surviving in three and wore years only account for 10 percent. It is because that private enterprises' surrounding is out of control, which because that private enterprises' surrounding is out of controls, which does harm to private enterprises' development to some extent.The author thinks that private enterprises will succeed, in modern market-orientea economy and make greater progress than before, if we can analyze, research and take reasonable measures to resolve those problems.
