The chain management mode of the market is a kind of new-type management mode, has not appeared in the western classical management theory, it is with the appearing in the course of practising and perfect constantly of enterprises in the spring tide of our country's socialist market economic reform. A lot of enterprises prove through practice , the chain management mode of the market can arouse the enthusiasm of staff greatly, accelerate the reaction speeds of enterprises, reduce the management cost and raise the products quality of enterprises, have the value to be popularized. Because the chain management mode of the market is a kind of brand-new management mode, it produces and develops from practice, how to go on and hold it theoretically, and then offer meaningful guide in practice for enterprises , it is the research centre of this thesis.The full thesis divides into four parts altogether, the first part explains the intension of the chain management mode of the market, and its produce and development; Second part, by the contrast of supply chain and market chain management mode and analysis on them respectively, firstly advance a new viewpoint that market chain management is the extension to the interior of enterprises of supply chain management mode, then offer the theoretical train of thought to study on it; in the third part, discuss the validity and limitation of market chain management, from various points of view as transaction cost theory, understanding to human beings, value chain theory and group construction of enterprises, make focus on the limitation analysis of it; and the fourth part, put forward some breakthrough ways on the limitation of the market chain management mode, and also raise some development countermeasures to improve it in the future, expect that it can get more popularization and perfection in the business management circles.
