Supply chain management is one of the advanced management modes that gains international focus. Generally speaking, a supply chain consists of supplier, manufacturer, distributor, retailer and final customer. Supply chain management is the management of the construction, operation and other issues of supply chain.Customer relationship management and supply chain responsiveness management are two important aspects of supply chain management. The key problem that customer relationship management pursues is to enhance customer loyalty. Satisfaction, perceived usefulness, confirmation and loyalty incentives are the main factors that determine customer loyalty. This dissertation analyzes the four factors, discusses how to use the above factors to enhance customer loyalty, and recommends a model to help the management of customer relationship. The supply chain responsiveness has deep effect on the fulfillment of supply chain strategy. Supply chain responsiveness should be consistent with requirement of supply chain strategy. Inventory, transportation, facility and information are the four managerial levers that managers can use to influence supply chain responsiveness. This dissertation discusses in detail the four managerial levers, analyzes the relationship between the four managerial levers and supply chain responsiveness, discusses how to use the four managerial levers to influence supply chain responsiveness, recommends a model to help the management of supply chain responsiveness, and takes an example to illustrate the application of that model.
