Human Capital Of Heilongjiang Province And Green Economic Growth

With the rapid development of global economy, the influence of human beings on nature is increasing, and the polution problem arises. People come to realize that sustainable economic development should be built on the basis of green growth. The thesis establishes a system of calculating GDP, which can explain the growth of sustainable economy. After calculating the quantities of heilongjiang province human capital used since 1978,the thesis quantitatively analyses the relation between human capital and green GDP by virtue of gross prodution function. Through studying the primary, the secondary ,the tertiary industries, facts show that the influence on the green economic growth of three industries caused by variation of volume of human capital is different. Finally, the thesis gives out the policy advice on how to adjust the structure and quantity of human capital.
