On Looking Forward To The Right

Since the 20th century, Contingent right is a focus of law study in Germany. It is a special legal status, the ultimate aim of which is to become the integrated right. With the continuous improvement of economy and politics in china, law pay attention to regulating the conflict of interests and interest of contingent is recognized in the "live law". Our law learner studied a lot in contingent right carrying on the German theory, but the standard of it is low. The author in this thesis, would like to walk out of existing view, from the new angle, make contingent right with property right together, compare the different character of ownership contingent right and creditor's contingent right and heirship contingent right, especially the different quality of transference, and build the theory system of contingent right.
