The Laws Of The Citizens Involved In The Construction, And Law And Order

The citizens' participation in the law plays an important role in the formation and development of the order of law. This has proved to be true in the long development history of western rule of law. As we all know, the order of law in China is based on learning from the experience' of the west. But so far, we have neglected the role of citizens as social main body. In addition, the structure and culture in the traditional society and the characteristics in the modern society lead to the relative shortage of the citizens' participation in the law during the period of social transformation. In fact, the citizens' participation in the law drives and supports the order of law. In the future, we should take more measures to cultivate the civil society, develop the participating mechanisms and procedure, foster the citizens' consciousness of main body and law awareness, and strengthen the participating ability of citizens so that we can propel the rule of law in China forward.
