Regiment Tactical Command And Information Systems Are Developed

In this paper, the design problem of tactics command information sytem of antiaircraft artillery corps based on .NET platform is studied. On the basis of the investigating of information flow of antiaircraft artillery corps, we analyzed the system demand, framework structrure and the main functions. Then the system usecase view, database model and object-oriential class view are designed. Finnaly, the system is designed and accomplished according system demand anylisis and design requirement. The content mainly consists of digital map processing based on MapX, tactics plotting, communication with other command systems, air situation simulation, object threat estimation, and so on. Several novel thechnology solution schemes are proposed, which include cooperating technology based on .NET development platform with COM module, distributing multilayer structure based on .NET Remoting, data communication security technology based on the combination of symmetrical and unsymmetrical encryption, embedding the matlab program code into the .NET system. The system have friendly interface, convenient operation, and satisfies the command requirement of antiaircraft artillery corps.
