Analysis And Research On The Current Situation Of Police Tactical Simulation Teaching

For the fast few years,so many kinds of violence and terror cases occurred,it not only caused hurm to the social order and people's Life safety,but also make the police in the process of risk,greatly increases the probability of a sacrifice casualties.It's a urgent problem for the police to deal with the complicated law enforcement environment and the increasingly dangerous law enforcement scene.Reasonable use of police tactics can not only effectively accomplish various action to ensure the safety of life,also can protecL the safely of the police itself.Therefore,the importance of police tactics is self-evident,the police tactics simulation teaching is an important part of police tactics,the simulation of police tactics teaching to improve the police rapid response in the actual work,high ability to deal with the comprehensive disposal of the emergencies.In the last 10 years,scholars and experts have researched the techniques and tactics of police techniques from different angles.However,few people have mentioned the standardization of simulation teaching.Therefore,this paper aims to provide scientific theoretical basis for the simulation teaching or police techniques and tactics,and make the teaching of police techniques and tactics more scientific and standardized.This paper researches the present situation of the simulated teaching from the teaching objectives,the content of teaching and the teaching from,through the literature,the expert.interviews,the mathematical statistics and the questionnaire survey,k questionnaire survey was conducted among the 195 students and 17 teachers of the Beijing police academy.It shows that the simulation teaching is disorganized,unreasonable situation is not real,training venues and equipment security problems.The following conclusions are drawn from analysis and research:1.Simulation teaching is a very efficient teaching method,it could protruding the effect of actual comhat,it has been widely used in the training of police techniques and tactics.2.Through the analysis of the present situation of the police tactical simulation teaching,the questionnaire data statistics and the relevant survey reveals that there are some problems in the standardization of simulation teaching,for elample:the preparatory work is incomplete,the implementation link is lacking and lack of rigorous.3.Through the analysis of the research content we can say,simulation teaching in the teaching auxiliary support still need to strengthen the implementation,mainly displays in:safety protection measures,the security management system and the protection of equipment and equipment.4.Simulation teachiog is a phenomenon of low proportion in the training of police tactics and tactics,which mainly manifests in the inconsistency of teaching content and the allocation of time periods is not outstanding.
