Part I is the introduction of this paper. It discusses the cause, significance, background, basic thought train of choosing the subject and the structure of the paper.Part II discusses the information, commodity and information commodity. First it discusses the definition, nature, attribute and function of information. Second, it introduces the definition of commodity, dual factors of commodity and making of commodity price. At last, it points out the concept of information commodity is a new concept of derivative of information and commodity. Information commodity is a part of information. It is the information product that people developed and composed in the purpose of exchange. It has dual factors, i.e. value and use value. It can be classified by different standard. Besides its general characteristic of commodity, it has some specific characters.Part III discusses the fundamental theory of information commodity price. First, from the basic definition of information commodity price view, it points out that information commodity price is the exchange proportion of information commodity in the market transaction to currency commodity out of it. At the same time, it explains why some information commodity price deviates from its value seriously in theory. And it also explains the nature of information commodity price. Then it discusses the foundation of the information commodity price forming and discusses some viewpoints of information commodity price forming foundation among the theorists. And it points out that commodity value is the foundation of information commodity price forming. At last, it discusses information commodity price's characteristic.Part IV deals with the factors that influence information commodity price. First, it defines the information commodity price's upper and lower limit. Then it puts forward 21 factors that influence information commodity price.Part V discusses price making strategy and method of information commodity. First it starts with determination of market model, and it points out that informationmarket is a monopoly and competitive market, and that is the foundation of informationcommodity price making. Then combining the characteristic of the monopoly and competitive market and the characteristic of information price itself, it puts forward several strategy and method of price making. At last, it explains how to make the price of information commodity with living example.Part VI chooses one comprehensive price making model from many models after analysis and comparison between the theory and practice. At the same time, it testified the information commodity price making model with realistic bargained information commodity price, and the testified result shows that this information commodity price making model is looking forward and practical in some way.Part VII is the conclusion and outlook of this paper.
