With the rapid development of China's economy, great changes are taking place to the macro environment, bringing about both chances and challenges to the development of enterprises. Confronted with such situation, it has become a necessary procedure to adjust the advancing speed and solve the problems for corporations, to strengthen themselves and make progress. This article makes an analysis to every aspect of the terminal product management of the Start Computer Equipment Co. Ltd., and presents corresponding strategies and proposals.Chapter One gives a brief introduction to the Start Computer Group Co. Ltd. and an expression of related glossary of products.Chapter Two enumerates the case of the largest pipeline from the three pipelines of the Start Computer Group Co. Ltd. Then, according to the market investigation and research theory, it tries to analyze the scale and the developing speed of the terminal product, and the clients' demand, in expectation of a general and objective perception of the company's products' market position.Chapter Three uses the theory of marketing and management to analyze the future competitive situation of the terminal product, to predict its direction and space of development, and to estimate the government policies' effects on its development.Chapter Four utilizes the theory of quantitative analysis to analyze the terminal product's status of distribution, and to make corresponding decision to the results, for the promotion of the terminal product product.Chapter Five relates to the financial theory to analyze each aspect of the corporation's financial status, finding out sticking points and hidden troubles, for the sake of future development.Chapter Six aims at several difficulties faced by the company in the current situation of the market, such as homogenization, weakness on research, premature product pipeline, the change of stocking pattern, and the government's bolster; and puts forward related strategies.
