Building Of Enterprise Culture, Theory And Applications In The Oil Companies In The Study

The enterprise culture is the behavior norm of a business enterprise, is the material wealth and the spirit wealth which are produced in the producing and running activities of the enterprise over a long period of time. It consists of the goal, the tenets, the common concept of value, behavioral habit, regulation system and their outside performances - business enterprise image. The emergence of concept of enterprise culture indicates that enterprise management developed from the level of material, system to more deeply cultural level. The business enterprise which aims at long-term sustaining development cannot separate from healthy and high spirit enterprise culture. The enterprise which adheres to the high class level should construct top-grade enterprise culture which is the soul of the business enterprise. Whether the Chinese business enterprise can develop the world class business enterprise is greatly concerned with the construction of enterprise culture. The sustaining development of business enterprise depends on its core competencies, the core competencies come from technique which comes from the management, and management depends on enterprise culture. Without enterprise culture the Chinese business enterprise has no core competencies.The petroleum enterprises are confronted with the reforms of the state-owned business enterprise, setting up the modern business enterprise system, the internationalization of enterprises, the great change of global running. And these situations inevitably change the organization of traditional business enterprise, structural system, operating way, even behavior habits of business enterprise staffs. They also put forward the new request to the principal part, i.e. human. Therefore, comparing Chinese corporate culture characteristic with foreign , summarizing the experience of domestic and international enterprises in enterprise culture constructing, investigating the theory of enterprise culture which arose new request to the mode of enterprise management and managing theory, analyzing the new request and characteristics of modern businesses in constructing enterprise culture, probing into the new way of petroleum corporate culture developments, have important realistic sense for fulfilling splendor.Currently many domestic and international experts groped for constructing of enterprise culture, and obtained some constructive research result. But few researches gave system study combinating petroleum background, and few researches shoot at how enterprise culture influences the changes of managing theory. And researches on the concrete contents and means are not much yet. In order to provide supervisors with deciding evidence and to promote Chinese petroleum enterprise management toward scientization and modernization, this paper has finished certain useful research and got some new results.Firstly this paper generalized the contents, construction, characteristic of the enterprise culture, then analyzed the influence that the enterprise culture theory affected the managing theory and practice of modern enterprise. On the basis of analyzing the difference between domestic and foreign enterprise culture by the way of analyzing method, the paper proposed the constructing contents basic steps and mental mechanism of petroleum enterprise culture. This paper also inquired factors than influence petroleum enterprise culture, put forward the contents, guidelines and the principal of petroleum enterprise culture construction. Finally the paper got some advice to constructing and implement of petroleum enterprise culture construction. Also put forward some problems which should be emphasized.
