Research Of Enterprise Culture Construction Of Daqing Property Management

Combined with theoretical analysis and practical research, this paper comprehensively analyzed the essence and basic characteristic of enterprise culture construction of property management, and grasped basic theory principles of enterprise culture construction which was used to guide the enterprise culture construction. Based on the theory and successful experience of modern enterprise cultural construction of abroad and homeland, this paper developed the enterprise culture construction and objective research of implementation measure. According to the analysis of the current situation of property management of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau, the paper discussed the principle and measure of enterprise culture construction of Daqing Oilfield, aimed to promote the enterprise cultural construction to adapt to the market economy which was developed dramatically, stimulated the improvement the development of enterprise cultural construction. At last the enterprise culture with the characteristic of oilfield property management which also kept abreast with tune came into being.
