Research On The Construction Of Clean Culture Of Petroleum Enterprises

The Probity Culture in Enterprise is an important part of advanced socialist culture, the construction process of which is an important content of building a system of punishing and preventing corruption. Strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, combining such Incorruptible Culture Concepts as honesty and law-abiding with enterprise development strategy, business operation and daily management can help transfer the concept of incorruption into the staff's daily habits and behavior, and create harmonious and stable enterprise development atmosphere without corruption. The anti-corruption situation of petroleum enterprise is still grim in recent years. The state-owned enterprises should vigorously promote construction of Probity Culture, seriously implement the CPC decisions and study on the measures to strengthen the cultivation of clean government construction, which is of great significance in promoting not only ideological level, cultural accomplishment and moral sentiment of the party members and cadres, but also the party's style building and anti-corruption work when building a harmonious and stable development environment for petroleum enterprises.This paper discusses how to construct the Probity Culture in petroleum enterprises from the following several aspects. The first part discusses the definition, structure, features and functions of Probity Culture on the basis of analyzing the present construction situation of the domestic and foreign Probity Culture. The second part analyzes the Probity Culture construction achievements and existing problems, and then studies some of the corruption cases in the petroleum enterprises. Finally, in combination with the practical situation and experiences of corruption cases in petroleum enterprises, the paper proposes measures to strengthen the Probity Culture construction in petroleum enterprises, which are:cultivating the concepts of law-abiding and incorruptible dedication, establishing the system of supervision and restraint mechanism for corruption punishment, setting up typical influential incorrupt model in behavioral level and increasing anti-corruption talents and capital investment in physical level.
