Supplier Of Choice On Government Procurement

With the rapid development of government procurement in recent years, there are more and more research about it, but it is still a relative new business in our country. Because it was rising a litter late and is still in a period of being explored and consummated, most of previous research achievements about government procurement was related to finance and law, and just a small part is related to management. From the perspective of management, this article attempt to do a simple research on supplier selection of government procurement in our country.The primary content of the article is to set up a supplier selection model of government procurement, taking Zhejiang province for example. The article initially summarizes and describes the national status of government procurement and supplier selection, then point out the practical significance and objective of the research on setting up this supplier selection model. Next, the article integrates the previous definition of government procurement and supplier selection and other related concept, and then summarizes related literature research achievements. On the above basis of the results attained, the article continues to put forward the basic design of a supplier selection model of government procurement and set up a primary model. The author then collects a lot of related information on questionnaire investigation. According to the collected data, we can do descriptive statistical analysis, correlative analysis and factor analysis of each factor by SPSS, and adjust the model framework. At the final part of the demonstration analysis, each factor's proportion can be calculated by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and expert grading.At the part of case analysis of the article, we prove and estimate the validity and rationality of modified model by analyzing a behavior of government procurement in Zhejiang province. At last, we expect the future research orientation in the field, as well as summarize and analyze the shortages of this research and the related reasons in the final part of the article.
