As a representative of high-tech companies, Nowdays IT enterprises have grown up rapidly in china and acted as a core role of high-tech companies. With the development of the IT enterprises, compensation management has been a bottleneck of them.There are several problems of compensation management in IT enterprises. For example, compensation is often decided by a leader .They only pay attention to the result of compensation design but neglect the process . Compensation strategy does not match the enterprise strategy. There is only one "career developing path" in IT enterprises. "Nash Equilibrium Phenomena" exist in many IT enterprises. They think highly of "extrinsic compensation " but neglect the "internal compensation ". They calculate salaries by defective ways and can not deal with management range and management radius appropriately.This thesis start from the development of compensation theory and base on analyzing existing main problems in IT enterprises,then it tries to make a better design according to the problems. What's more, it tries bringing up a new method -"Total Re-ward". Finally a case is analyzed to show how to make compensation management for IT enterprises.
