Job Evaluation Study

This paper examines the theory and its application of job evaluation technique through specific job evaluation scenario adopted by SuYuan Company.The first chapter of this thesis starts with the basic theories of job evaluation and briefly describes its concept and origin. It also analyses the relation between the pay design and job evaluation. The second chapter looks at the flowchart of the job evaluation. The third chapter focuses on the specific role of job evaluation factors in the job evaluation as well as the determination of the principles and job evaluation system.The last part of the thesis is devoted to the design of job evaluation scenarios related to the relevant businesses as well as the discussion of its application in real life.
