AbstractPost-evaluation is defined as systematical analysis with project objective, implementational procedure, cost-benefit, effect and result after the project has run into operation. Project finance post-evaluation is one important part of post-evaluation re-estimating the benefit results of the project that has been come into operation under the form of enterprise. Under the background of scarce attention to finance post-evaluation, the weak part of that has been investigated. Through the research of project construction procedure in detail the collection of the key factors affecting financial post-estimation is given. Considering that the present indicator system of finance post-evaluation is incomplete, some more fundamental indicators which are used to quantify the key factors are added to improve upon the present indicator system. A mathematical method is put forward to decide the extent of influence which makes net present value and inner return rate changed for a certain project, according to which the main factors affecting IRR and N7PV can be determined. Correspondent software has been developed to help calculate the financial indicators of both at preparatory stage and at post-estimation stage and suggest the main factors. Last of all, a real case is used to verify the founded finance post-evaluation system, and the result is in accordance with the true circumstances.
