With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the competition are more heavily in every walk of life. The fate of an enterprise counts on its learning capability.The current business administrators realize this issue and understand that the competition between enterprises are the competition for person with ability. How to make people be more capable is the key point which every enterpriser is thinking about. The sound administration of human resources, which is very important for an enterprise, mainly includes the analysis system for human recognition, the people invitation and selection system for a job, the employment system for different tasks, the system for personnel training and development, and rational assess and salary system. Here describes how to train people in an specified corporation based on the author's experiences.Firstly, the author describes the background and its market situation of a corporation. The following actions the author took in a corporation are the investigation of current personnel training system, the analysis and diagnosis of that system. Based on these research results, an proposal was developed for improving the old system to be more effective. This thesis aims at establishing a resultful system for a corporation and reorganizing the human resources, which will greatly help a corporation stably move forward and move fast.
