Wk Steel Limited Liability Company To Manage The Operation Of Research

China has been the member of World Trade Organization for three years. The steel enterprises are facing more opportunities, and also greater challenges. China WK Corporation has a history of over 50 years. During this period, as a company specialized in the import, export and domestic trade of steel products, WK Steel Co., Ltd has witnessed the transformation of the system and survived in market competition and has always been the top player in its field.This paper brings forward some suggestions in terms of the counterpart measures and methods in future, which is based on analysis upon WK's company strategy, production strategy and infrastructure management and on the observation to present domestic and foreign trade situation.The paper is composed of five chapters. In the beginning, the author introduces WK corporation. The analysis starts from the steel trade industries with SWOT method as a whole, including the macro competitive environments and policy analysis, the current situation of the industries, product analysis and competitive analysis. Then, the total status analysis is given. With the further discussion, the analysis focuses on strategic management, value chain management and human resources management. Finally, the author puts forward the specific measures that should be taken in terms on investment management, human resources management and business management.
