In accordance with the diversification of real estate investment, Tianji Company responds to the government's proposal and tries to invest on a specialized market in a residential area. With the support from the government's policy, the project is checked by fully scientific demonstrations, and has been proved to be possibly controlled under the whole process with adaptability to the market and customers' satisfaction. Since to project is carried out upon the government policy of improvement of the appliance of the city, it is particular and the extraordinarily different from other projects. Because it is the first specialized market in HH city and also an innovation for TianJi company, the project means the historical milestone to the company. Also this project could be a successful case for reference of new investment in the future. Longshifeng Market is located in the residential area with great population, so its target customers are different from the markets with its regional significance. That leads to the competition discrepancy in the industry and the company is obliged to form its unique core competitive power and locked customer group, so that Tianji Company is capable of gaining higher profit meanwhile avoiding direct violent competition.
