The bank audit system is designed and developed for the requirement of the bank audit center to process vouchers centrally, uniformly and automatically.At present, the processing of the bank audit is quite separate, and there are more and more vouchers that need to be audited . If we look through vouchers by hand, the handling ability and the capability of keeping away risks are low, and the papery vouchers are difficult to be kept, slow to be searched and high to be invested . So image management becomes one of the problems concerned nearly by banks . So that the system uses electronic images instead of papery vouchers as the information carrier, transforms image information into electronic data for audit by dint of image processing technique , changes the voucher processing into an automatic way , and commits electronic data to storage management subsystem at the same time .Thus the speed and the work efficiency of audit are improved , and the electronic voucher-base for speedy query is built without more workload and repeated work.The whole system includes three primary parts: voucher self-auditing, account management and image storage management, and the system has eight modules: data collection, OCR, seal validation, audit operation, account management, image storage management, communication management, systematic management. The system uses the high-speed colorized scanner as the equipment to collect images, and DVD Compact Disc storeroom as the equipment to store images. The system integrates Inforbus, OCR technique, seal self-recognition technique, workflow technique and image storage technique so that it is a system with credibility, security, practicality, agility and expansibility.This paper discusses requirement analysis, system design and pivotal technique of the bank audit system following the procedure of software development. In the whole develop process, the author participated in requirement analysis and system design, and was charged with coding of three modules, which are data collection, image storage management and systematic management.One of the contributions of the author is a method to use increse deal in the software development so that the schedule of the development is reasonable and the actualization is carried through successfully. Secondly, the definition of owners in the database based of the operation provides better security and the integrity constraints guard against accidental damage to the database.
