| The system collects business and exchanger information real-time from the powerful enterprise information supporting platform, analyses and feedbacks the result to Business Auditing Center, completes the closed-loop financial and business auditing management. The management system suit the development of enterprise business rule and scope change; The system have good reusable and expansibility , facilitate with integrating originally; Implement and maintenance fast, convenience, performance cost is low. This thesis discussed the need analysis, function defines , design and implement of communication business auditing management website. The rule of communication business auditing management and workflow technology is stressed discussed. Function: According to the trade characteristics and the modern performance management thoughts of the communication enterprise, carried on the system functions definition ,the business auditing management system is divided into the auditing management platform, The website management platform, the auditing OLAP ( online analysis ) subsystem, report formation subsystem, safety guarantee platform, and other non-auditing-function website modules. 1.The auditing management platform: The daily management terrace of the auditing business system, completing the auditing process management, official document management , and website management . The official document management include: The official document release, reply, reminds the service and signs jointly, flows, pigeonholed management, the security grade , the category management etc. The process management include: The process definition , the process release, the process intervention, the process void etc. The website management include: authority management, systems management, coordination control engine management and data pipelines etc. 2. Auditing OLAP subsystem: includes the exchanger data collecting module; the real-time account and risk supervision module ;the sales department business data collection module ;Financial supervision module. The auditing OLAP sub-system management should have the powerful data collecting and data mine function. Safety and transmission guarantee requirement to the OLAP subsystem is high. 3.Auditing report form subsystem: The business data and exchanger data will be collected .The data passed checking as trustworthy data will be concentrated together, and realizes the ability that the magnanimity data were randomly inquired about, were counted and are gathered, and can return the query result faster. The stage interface supports the angle of view to convert and combine arbitrarily, and supports the layer to list the detail downward that the layer upwards gathers. 4.Non-auditing-function website modules: such as personnel's address book form , mail system, company enterprise culture construction, auditing forum, chats room etc. to promote the enterprise culture construction. Technology: Based on workflow technology, the system design adopts component_based design above J2EE frame constructs, uses BEA tuxedo business middleware . The whole system structure is divided into three layers, respectively the application layer, business data layer, workflow logic management layer . Introduce following: 1.The application layer: Realizes the Web service to the user and manager applied Java technology. By the auditing management module, official document management module, website management module, process management and other different Web service module in the layer, user can call the function in workflow logic management layer. 2.Business data layer: Be responsible for the data manipulation. Adopts the BEA Tuxedo business middleware , providing the realizing date query function for workflow logic management layer .Query the public data resources through the BEA Tuxedo, can lower the external business accounts data query pressure effectively , protect to the data ,the easy to module to be reuse ,shorten the application developing time.
