Wuhan Wing On Company's Development Strategy And Implementation Strategy

Recently strategy management is a hot spot in academic research areas. More and more corporations give more attention to strategy plan and some companies have set up their strategy plans, some of which succeeded, more failed. We're confused with so much theories and tools. There is specific background and application field for every theory. Considering the present status of research and application, I analyzed several maturely applied theories and used strategy management tools portfolio to set up strategy plan for Yong'An Inc. This thesis tries to draw up Yong'An 2005-2010 strategy plan.The research in this article is according to the general process of strategy plan. Macro-cricumstance analysis phase: firstly, make use of statistic data to analyze construction industry status; secondly, use Porter Five-force Competition Model to analyze the competitive status of this industry; and then make use of statistic data to analyze the trend of construction industry; finally describe the market section of construction industry. Company status analysis phase: firstly, analyze the resource and capability condition of Yong'An Inc.; secondly, use radar-graph to analyze the company's problem in terms of finance; thirdly, look through the company's performance of these years; and then review the company's market position. Strategy design phase: firstly, use SWOT to analyze the company's strength and weakness, the opportunities and threats of this industry; secondly, design the strategy system by value-chain analysis. Strategy operation period: use Balanced Score Card to implement the strategy management, build index system in four dimensions: finance, operation process, customers, study and progress, and then set up our goals and operation programs and review program.I have two gains from this work: strategy management tools portfolio application and strategy plan for Yong'An Inc. As a result, this research will be valuable for Yong'An development.
