Enterprises are facing more heavy competition, more market spaces and more possibilities of development. It is the right enterprise strategy to direct operation strategies to achieve competitive advantage in the market. The core aspects of enterprises' activities - customers, establish the position of marketing strategy in the whole enterprise strategy. As the frontier to the customers and competition, marketing is the core of the enterprise strategy structure. Marketing policy - the execution process of marketing strategy - is to manage products, price, place and promotion to deliver information to customers.This article is to analyze the operation statistics and problems of Shuangze Biology, discover the characteristics and the aspects of fruit seed market, ensure Shuangze Biology's fruit seed's target markets, set suitable development position strategy through deep analyze of customers needs and competition of all target markets, and set marketing policy for each target market and position.The procedures of setting up strategy oriented marketing policy actually is the marketing processes - including the analyst of operation, each step of strategy, selecting and training of candidates - have to be designed successfully. But the focus of this article is the setting up processes of strategy oriented marketing policies.Actually, not only Shuangze Biology are facing the decision of marketing strategy and marketing policy, but also a lot of companies do not have strategy, not to say the decision of marketing strategy and marketing policy. It is found in the research that many companies did not specify how to achieve sales goal, time line, market share etc, especially in agriculture.This article is to raise some new ideas of the author through deep investigation of businesses in the industry, analyzing with marketing theories to solve practical problems. This article relates theory and practice, emphasis on execution, to solve problems companies are facing. At the same time, hope this article could be meaningful for other enterprises.
