New Ming Electroplating Factory Production System Optimization Study

Xinming Plating Factory is a professional enterprise engaged in plating. Now there are more competitions and less profit in plating industry. In order to realize the advantages of the factory, improve the management of procedure in production and increase the profit, the production system of Xinming Plating Factory is studied. The logical thinking of this paper is expatiating the general picture of the Xinming Plating Factory, finding the problems in production system of Xinming Plating Factory, and optimizing the production system of Xinming Plating Factory. According to this logical thinking, status and trend of development of plating industry and enterprises are introduced, and combining with situation of the Xinming Plating Factory, the environment analysis to the Xinming Plating Factory is carried out, and based on analysis to historical data of the Xinming Plating Factory, the problems in production system are found. So the method to solve these problems is proposed. Finally, the production system of Xinming Plating Factory is optimized by utilizing suited methods of forecast and programming. In this paper, the existing problems in production system of Xinming Plating Factory are analyzed firstly. Through the analysis of the production data, demand and orders of main customers in past several years, the problems in production system of Xinming Plating Factory are found. Aiming to these problems and taking the actual condition of Xinming Plating Factory, the basic method to solve these problems is proposed. In the course to forecast product demand, according to the product sale data of main customers of Xinming Plating Factory, it employs basic theory and method of forecast, use trend analysis model and seasonal analysis method, and finally a demand model of the product of Xinming Plating Factory is built. By using this model, it forecasts the demand of the product in next year. Based on product demand forecast of Xinming Plating Factory, linear programming method is chosen to optimize the production system of Xinming Plating Factory. According to the production capacity and product demand forecast, the production model of Xinming Plating Factory is built. By using linear programming code, Lindo code and combining with the production model, Xinming Plating Factory ptimized the production to meet the demand of two main customers and got more profit. The methods of forecast and programming that are used in this paper are popular and simple. They are popular in modern management, and can be applied in production management of middle and small-size manufacture enterprises.
