| The course of the study and development of 863/CIMS subject in our country has proved that CIMS is highly effective technology in andvaced manufacturing systems and it is an important technique which makes the enterprises of our country adapting to social democracy economy , meanwhile can improve transformation of the economical increasent mode to intensive mode . In Rencent years , the base study and engineering application have been improved and CIMS technology has been applied as exemple in more than 200 enterprises of many industries , most of them have obtained good economical and social benefits . Industrialization has been the trend of CIMS of our country , and the study and application of CIMS in middle enterprises have also been an important content in the industrialization course of CIMS.Firstly , this paper studies the theory frame of CIMS and the ideology , principle and technology of system development of CIMS specifically . On its foundation and aiming at the requirement of the middle enterprises , together with advanced management mode , this paper devises and builds Mini-CIMS , which provides a new idea and a mode for the improvement of CIMS in the middle enterprises , meanwhile provides study environment for teaching and scientific research ; In order to strengthen the information management of production-logistics system in Mini-CIMS , this paper studies and analyses the production-logistics system deeply , and then builds a information model system through using IDEF0 model , which provides a foundation for implementing CIMS in middle enterprises successfully ; Finally , aiming at the process of Mini-CIMS , combining with advaced management mode for example Lean Prodution and using the simulation software-Witness , this paper models the cooperative behavior of autonomous people in production-logistics system , the result proves that the advaced management mode and the people in system are very important to improve production efficiency .
