Study Of The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The Civil Trial System

This essay attempts to raise some suggestion on the reform ofcompulsory jurisdiction of civil procedure in China on the basis ofcomparative law. There are four parts in this essay. In the first part, I introduce theconception of compulsory jurisdiction. Then I illustrate the legal effect ofcompulsory jurisdiction. In the third part, I clarify the three sorts ofcompulsory jurisdiction: jurisdiction of attribution,jurisdiction of matterand jurisdiction of territory. Finally I propose present legislation ofcompulsory jurisdiction of China and produce some suggestion on thereform of compulsory jurisdiction of civil procedure of China.
