When children offend others, because of minors' shortcomings on ability of being fault or short of property, others, such as minors' supervisors\parents, should take the liability of children's inleagle conduct. So, the core of the whole problem is how to contribute the venture of damages caused by minors' fault conduct between all the parties. In the opinion of mine, the principle of self liability and fault liability is very good. It can lead the children and their supervisors or parents to take steps to prvent the venture of children's fault conduct. When children and their supervisors or prarents do not do what they should do thus bing damages to victim, they should take the liability. Only on the ocassion when no one can control the venture ,we can depart the principle of self liability and fault liability.By now,we should think who is the fittest person to take liabitity.In other time ,we should insist on the the principle of self liability and fault liability.
