With the globalization of economy and finance, especially the increasingly heated financial competition, the merger and acquisition between financial institutions of different industries and different countries has already become an international trend. Financial conglomeration is neither a theoretical or virtual concept, nor a development trend. In fact, it is already a kind of economic reality.Nowadays, there are already some big conglomerates that engage in multiple financial services in our country. Their dominant industry is finance, matching the definition of financial conglomerates, and they are the real financial conglomerates without any doubts. But there are still some problems with our financial conglomerates because of the lack of supervisory regulations. One of the most important issues is risk contagion and the channel of risk contagion is intra-group transactions. Therefore, in order to regulate the development of financial conglomerates and prevent the operational risks, this dissertation focuses on the supervision of intra-group transactions. This dissertation consists of four parts and the main contents are as follows:The first part discusses the basic theories of financial conglomerates, including its definition, characteristics, development reasons, risks and problems. In fact, the development of financial conglomerates has already brought some new questions to financial laws. Since laws of our country have not defined a financial conglomerate, it is very helpful for this dissertation to begin with the basic theories of financial conglomerates.The second part deals with the basic legal questions of the supervision of intra-group transactions, which includes defining the intra-group transactions, analyzing the risks and problems caused by intra-group transactions with a specific example of De Long.The third part introduces some advanced legislative experiences in the supervision of intra-group transactions, which includes the guiding principles released...
