Guides Incentive Target And Mechanism Studies

Tourist guides service is not improving together with the rapid development of tourism in China, it stays where it is and even decreases. The key reason is that the present stimulating system is not sound enough to inspire the enthusiasm of tourist guides. Because of their lack of dedication and the poor quality of their service, they can't meet the need of the tourists. In order to change the situation and ensure a sound development of tourism in our country, the thesis puts forward the goals of tourism inspiration and makes a study of its mode.Firstly, this paper puts forward stimulant goals for tourist guides. Based on the characteristics of tourist guides, the thesis tries to find the valid means of inspiration for tourist guides. Secondly, a further research will be made on the tourist guides inspirit mechanism on the basis of different theories as well as Porter-Lawer's integrated inspiration mode. Finally, a renovative design is made for the present mode after an analysis of its status quo in our country and the advancement in some foreign countries. In this part, it mainly designs the compensation system and training system of the guides, and it's the important and renovative conclusion of this thesis.
