Thought Of Datong In The Chinese History

The thought of Da Tong has been not only a social ideal that people yearn for all the time in China's history, but also a people's ideal and faith of untiring struggle for it for millions of years. It once encouraged a lot of people of good will to struggle against the decayed governance and promote the history to advance, as is an important thought legacy ,It worth our inheriting and carrying forward.The text takes time as the thread mainly and adopts the method of comparing and analyzing etc to study the thought of Da Tong in China's history. The article expounds thought of Da Tong in different historical period in detail explained by different levels of representative figures, analyses the historical background produced from different sides, class interests represented and its positive role and negative influence to social development.The subject of the article is divided into three parts: First part Describes the thought of Da Tong of the pre-Qin period. The part includes two respects contents: on one hand it introduces our country's earliest Utopia thought through analyzing two articles in the Book of Songs, on the other hand it described The thought of Da Tong of the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States Periods in detail. The second part of article describes the idea from Han Dynasty to Taiping Heavenly Kingdom uprising.
