Bai Hu Tong as the conference summary document, it suggests not individual schools of ideas, but it fully reflects the will of the ruling class. look from its content, it has formulated national system and social system, established the basic principle of social life and behavior standards, it directly to service consolidate the feudal dictatorship rule.As it was,after a long feudal days Bai Hu Tong grandually obtained the inviolabe position,and became the law when the country try to deal with the various social problem. Many scholars agree that it is the fundamental laws of feudal ruling class, and its rich content makes it cannot be ignored when we want to research the history of Chinese philosophy and Chinese political ideology. But unfortunately,about the research results of Bai Hu Tong have many problems.we need to lay more emphasis on Bai Hu Tong.and need to strengthen its basic intensive cultivation of the ideological content basic research.In this way,we can be more objective comprehend it and research it on the impact of Chinese traditional culture.The paper shows the general of Bai Hu Hong by analyzing five chapters,which are the mainsteam ideology, political system, social ideology, cultural ideology,economic ideology. In the first chapter, i am try to find out the mainsteam ideology, which begain with the theory structure of Bai Hu Tong.This chapter discusses the literature's theory basic concept—the heaven. Then it explaines others theory that related to the theory of heaven—the world outlook. The following four chapters are all built on the foundation of the first chapter.Through the careful combing work i am conclude that Bai Hu Tong basically achieved the purpose of held white tiger view.
