Improve The Rural Credit Cooperatives, The Corporate Governance Structure

As a kind of special financial organization, country credit union is invested by villagers according to doctrine of corporation economy, they put money into the union and become shareholders of the credit union. It's administration structure are mainly static configuration mode and dynamic running relationship among union members, council trusted by union members and administrators employed by council. The key issue affect the success of the country credit union's new round reform is whether a administration structure with rationality, clear proprietary , specific rights and duties, strict protection and free transfer can be set up. There are three modes in the reform process, each has it's strong points and weak points. Regenerate the traditional country credit union according to corporate mode is the best choice under the actual economy condition of Chinese countries. This article emphasis on proprietary defining, corporation status establishing according to the doctrine of corporation system under the above reform mode to perfect the administration structure of country credit union.This article based on the present reform practice of country credit union, drawing both positive and negative experiences, aims at exploring the proper method to better the reform of the administration structure of country credit union. The author combined the theory and practice, usingdemonstration and comparison research method, proposed two precondition issues and suggestions of inside and outside method choosing about the perfection of the administration structure of Chinese country credit union.
