"a War" Type Approval System Requirements Analysis Framework For Research

The "one-site"examination and approval system is to build up with the development of the E-Government. The "one-site"examination and approval system transfer the government affairs disposing by hand to Internet, and increase the clarity of the government transaction. The "one-site"examination and approval system faces to the business enterprise and personal. It is the exterior performance of the government transaction, and promotes the governmental affairs opening and the government business process reengineering. In the whole development stage of the "one-site"examination and approval system, the requirement analysis is an important stage, its document will affect the system development directly, accordingly the accurate requirement document will be an importance assurance that the system succeeds to develop. In the requirement analysis stage of the "one-site" examine and approve system, the description of the workflow is the main work. This paper firstly explains the concept of the "one-site"examination and approval system, and analyzes its characteristics and principle. The paper carried on the introduction to the concept of the RE and the usual models of the requirement analysis. This paper analyzes the shortages of these models using in the requirement analysis stage of the "one-site"examination and approval system. Secondly, this paper introduces the origin, concept and models of the workflow. Then it introduces the model of RAD and other workflow models, and explained the shortage of these models using in modeling of the "one-site"examination and approval workflow. Finally according to characteristics of the "one-site"examination and approval system, this paper sets up a new model, named E-RAD, which extend the elements of the model of RAD and import the organization model and roles-assign model in addition. We could use the E-RAD model in the requirement analysis of the "one-site"examination and approval system. The paper introduces an actual case which use the E-RAD model to analyze the requirement of the "one-site"examination and approval system.
