Application And Study Of Workflow In Enterprise Operation

Along with the increasing competition between enterprises, the operation regulation is becoming more and more diversity and changeable effected by the exterior environment of enterprise. The diversity and changeability of operation regulation hence has resulted the diversity and changeability of enterprise's work-flow especially in current competitive surroundings. Thus, as a core technique in the procedure management and automation of enterprise, the management of the workflow technique has been paid more and more attention. Furthermore, the realization of the application of this technique in enterprise management is also a kind of important subject in the computer applying science field.Aimed at the diversity and changeability if enterprise business, this paper disposed the enterprise operation process by the construction of the delamination workflow model using the workflow technique, at the assistance of UML technique and condition-orient graph. Followed the WFMC standard, the work-flow model is described by using XML-WPDL language and the elements of this model are also described scientifically by the application of mathematics instrument. By this way, the enterprise operation process has been figured abstractly with the condition-orient graph and the modelization of the enterprise process and computer disposability has been carried out. Meanwhile, different work-flow administer patterns are advanced in this paper in order to regulate the workflow administer service and exemplified the workflow process model. The author also advanced that in order to get the instruction for analysis research about the workflow engine this paper had navigated the administer of workflow by applying techniques involving motive node and control node drive and the conditional transfer of node. This paper focused on the exemplification of process and activity, the administer course of process example and activity example and the conditional conversion between the above mentioned issues. Thorough investigation hasbeen given to administer condition of the process example and activity example to give a more comprehensive and exact description on the operation process of enterprise operation. This paper also realized the application of workflow system toward the client end of WEB by using J2EE technique and realized the interaction between client end and workflow running service by using the message service provide by JMS (Java Message Server). Combining with the administer service of the workflow engine, a system structure of workflow management system which based on J2EE standard and faced to WEB has been constructed. A particular analysis and description about the workflow management system constructed by using the three layer structure of J2EE, this paper advanced a strategy concerning workflow operation service and process monitor on the basis of message service. Finally this paper measured off and classified abnormity in workflow management system and advised that the abnormity should be deal with according ECA (Event-Condition-Action) rules and incident manager scheme. This research work not only has provided the reliable theoretical and technological basis for further exploring in this field, but also laid the foundation for further study. Therefore, this work has got some degree significance and value.
