Yantai Sk Financial Statement Analysis

This paper puts the Yantai SK as an example, and explores how to analyze financial statements, and puts forward the limits and the affecting factors of financial statements analysis. Firstly, this paper analyzes the underground and the reason of writing this paper, then puts forward the thoughts about how to write it. In the main part,that is the second part, this paper firstly issues the theory of financial statements analysis, including fundamental definition and function of it, which is to be a basis of next part.Then this paper analyzing the factors which affect financial statements, including internet technology and fake financial statements.Then this paper puts YanTai SK company as an example and puts forward how to analyze using rate analysis and how to connect the three kinds of financial statements with each other, at last provide results and suggestions. In the last part , this paper analyzes the limits of financial statements analysis, which include the limits of financial statements themselves, the quality of analyzing people etc. This limits make the results different people arrives are different in analyzing the same financial statement, At last, this paper puts forward it is necessary to improve the measures of financial statements analysis and the quality of financial people constantly.
