On This Stage Of Corruption Characteristics, Causes And Treatment

Corruption has been a serious problem under the new situation in China. So it is very necessary for China to carry on the academic research about the corruption. The purposes are to research and discuss the corruption and anti-corruption on system, ideology and culture; to bring forward series of new methods and propositions of how to oppose corruption; to solve the problems of preventing and punishing the corruption and put forward the effective help for anti-corruption.The author thought that we should prevent and punish corruption under these aspects.1. To perfect the rule and procedure of the power function and to strengthen the restriction, supervision and preventing the abuse of power.2. To carry on the opening system which include the income-comsume of the organzation's head, the organization and business open to public.3. To innovate the supervision system, normalize the responsibility, jurisdiction and set up some supervision system independently.4. All the organizations should sot up corruption supervsion and specify their responsibilities in order to report the corruption in time.5. We should impel the law construction, stablish perfect socialism law system and carry out the education of law and the research of law science in order to improve the law conscious.6. We should carry the corruption investigation system to find out the related responsibility.7. To perfect the law system and punish strictly the corruption, increase the degree of shocking the corruption.8. To improve the civilization's moral level.
