Finally, on the basis of the above mentioned points, around the central problem regarding to how to improve Derby's market shares and credibility, this paper has raises some practically operational strategy in order to enhance Derby's market shares and credibility, which was under the guard of some related theories, such as marketing, marketing combination, brand strategy, etc. Aiming to Derby developing situation as well as the rivals, to satisfy consumers' habits, lead their demands, and objectively choose the market and consumers.
